I don't want a coach change, but it wouldn't be the end of the world. Remember how virtually all of us rated Allegri when he became our coach, much worse than we think about Spalletti or Sarri right now.

That being said, the only coach I'd legitimately fire Allegri for would be Conte tbh

Conte and Simeone.

I rate Sarri very well for a new coach, but we can do better. Spalletti please just avoid, don't see any growth potential for him.

Nah, wouldn't take Simeone for purely sentimental reasons, Interista that he is.

If he's coming I'd have nothing against him though.
More Laziali then Interista. But for coaches that hardly matters, unless it's figures like Totti etc.

I'm sorry @dolph

But Sarri > Allegri has to be one of the most ridiculous things I've read on here. The guy has been a manager in Serie A for 3 years now, and has won nothing (Didn't win in Serie B either) finished 15th at Empoli in 14-15, 2nd at Napoli in 15-16, and is in 3rd place this year, having just been spanked at home by 10-man Atalanta.

What exactly qualifies him as better than Allegri? Finishing 2nd/3rd with Napoli, because that's not over-performing expectations at all. Your eye test? Not evidence of anything other than your strange aversion to Allegri.

He's clearly an inferior coach based upon career thus far and that's really all one has to go by.

First of all, stop saying I have an aversion towards Allegri. I think he is a really good coach, but I think there are other better coaches out there. Among them are Sarri.

And you are right. Allegri has the superior resume, no discussion there, but that does not automatically make him a better coach. Mancini has a better resume than Allegri, and Mancini is a fucking horrible coach.

Sarri has done excellent at Napoli. He took that pathetic team that Benitez left behind, gave them an identity, a playing style that suited the squad and confidence in there abilities. As I said its a subjektiv opinion, just as you have your subjektiv opinion.

With the level of superiority that we have over the rest of Seria A, 2nd place is really all you can hope for.

Whats really ridiculous here, is your need to come in here and post because Napoli lost to Atlanta tonight, as it is some kind of prove that Allegri is a better coach than Sarri.
