Allegri's friend & mentor Giovanni Galeone "I think Max's cycle in Turin is over. I hope that he wins the Scudetto & then moves to the EPL."

Massimiliano Allegri will leave Juventus to become Chelsea's next permanent manager this summer, according to mentor and former coach Giovanni Galeone.

"If I were Allegri, I would even walk there -- and I think he will," Galeone told Radio Radio. "Allegri is certainly among the five best coaches in the world. I think he will leave Juve because the offer from Chelsea is truly fantastic.

Guus Hiddink is currently in his second interim spell in charge at Stamford Bridge following the departure of Jose Mourinho in December, as owner Roman Abramovich and his advisors whittle down a shortlist of preferred candidates to take over at the end of the season.

With the Russian's dream choice, Pep Guardiola, now confirmed to be heading to Manchester City at the end of his Bayern Munich contract, Allegri has emerged as a frontrunner for the Chelsea job after winning Serie A titles with AC Milan and Juventus during a six-year spell competing at the top of Italian football.

I love Allegri but itf he does not get a CL title within the next 2 season imo he'll be gone. Possibly even this season if he fails to win it.

Also I know im going to get shat on for this but if Allegri were to leave (hopefully not) i'd want Guordiola to take over. Now I know he's pretty much flopped these past 4 seasons but I just feel Juve+Pep would be a very interesting combo.

His worning out process will be kind of similar to that of Conte's. I think the guy will be mostly unsatisfied with the mercato decisions.
can you blame the guy for leaving in that case then? I said the same about Conte's departure I wouldn't be surprised if Allegri leaves for similar reasons, the same reasons why we will never attract a big name foreign coach and the same reasons why we won't be making that leap to winning the CL any time soon

And the year Conte left we made it to the CL final. So why exactly are you trying to repeat that mistake?

How many years was it before Conte left? Just let that sink in.

Conte was wrong to leave us if it had anything to do with the transfermarket and Allegri has proven it. Plain and simple.
so allegri would be wrong to leave this summer if the club fail to address the manager's needs as well? yeah good argument

We reached the final in 2015 and then didnt reach it the season after. This season is yet to be seen how it turns out
I'm almost certain we won't go beyond the quarters this year, again another wasted year
