I am ok with the 3-5-2, but in Europe we need a different approach/mentality. I think it has more to do with the attitude of the players (and coach) than any formation per se. In Italy, teams are pussies. In Europe, they don't give a fuck and come at us. We need to play at pace, pressure the opposition all over the pitch/stifle them, instead of the same rehashed/predictable BS that we have been displaying on Tuesday and Wednesday nights for the past couple of seasons.

We finished last in our CL group and didnt manage to win Scudetto in his final year. We were trashed by Celta 4-0 in Uefa cup year before. I would say he failed majorly here.
