Is Romulo fit and is he any good at right back?

If not changing to 4 at the back will leave you with one fit rb. Licht would run himself into the ground in 65 mins from that as he'd be required to defend more than he does in the 3-5-2, and would be attacking just as much. Pereya and Padoin can cover as a wb, but they're not good cover for rb.

I'd love to see a 4-3-3 or 4-3-1-2 or something different, but this could be holding us back.
Main issue at the minute is the attitude and intensity, as well as key players not showing up at the moment. We also seem to suck balls at midweek games.

Tradition is holding us back so badly

Please get a coach who hasn't been corrupted by years of $#@! Italian anti-football and $#@! mentality.
Just look at people here, they still think Serie A is a good league.

Of course Italians have pride in their traditions, but that's partly why their football is crap nowadays. They can't see it.
