Surprisingly enough he had few interceptions today, didn't look like a usual liability in defense, made some nice and accurate passes to Llorente and later Morata, completed more than 100 passes with 90% accuracy, basically held all the strings today in our mid. Our every action went through him. Was never a big fan of Pirlo, still think he's slowing down our game, but today it seemed like one of his better showings and wouldn't mind at all seeing this Pirlo in CL.

Allegri confirmed Sebastian Giovinco will terminate his contract early to join Toronto FC, so Alessandro Matri of Genoa and Inter outcast Daniel Osvaldo are the options.

It’s reported this morning Matri underwent a medical, as he is currently out injured.

“They are two important players, but the club will evaluate what are the best conditions to bring them to Turin.

“Giovinco is leaving, so four strikers aren’t enough and it’s normal we need someone else.”

Another year for him, Licht and Llorente would be suicide. At best they should be bench options.
For me Licht is acceptable for a year or two for rotation with Caceres who I like much more lately, he can actually cross :p

As for Pirlo and Llorente - IMO both should be gone definitely in the summer. 3.5m and 4.5m after tax in wages. Huge money which could enable us getting some very good player(s).
