Very true but the biggest difference is that we scored 3. I can't remember when we scored 3 the last time in CL (Chelsea?). We easily could have 4 though if you count the pen. Add to that Morata's and Vidal's sitters and Pereyra's decent shot.

With the 352 we often created so called by me "half chances". In the new formations we had 2 sitters missed. On another day those would be goals.

Yep we would struggle to bad to open teams up and get even one good scoring chance, a lot of half chances like u said which a lot of the times came to nothing. Marchisio as well missed a shot from about 5 yards out, we could have scored 7 and it wouldn't have flattered us. Would have been deserved.

That's the perfect description of the 352 honestly. We've seen it enough and it didn't succeed. With it we were always 'almost' there. It was the time for the change and it seems it worked out which is already an improvement no matter how you look at it.
