there was this game in particular i think it was in CL bonucci probably sprayed about 100 long passes up front....maybe only a couple hitting his target..failure after failure and useless turning over posession...i was in shock, as well as the commentators openly so that Conte was allowing this....i realised that it was actually directives given by Conte to bonnucci...
After 5 games with almost no long balls it is safe to say that this will not happen again. I too remember that game, it was disgusting. It's clear to me that we are better, but stil not nearly enough. It's a shame we did not try to play with a back 4 yet, that means we will have to go to the calderon with the polished 3-5-2 and hope we don't get dissapointed.

With the way we are playing right now, there is no point in switching to from the 3-5-2. Maybe a variation of it, such as a 3-4-3 or 3-4-1-2. 3 at the back works very well for us. All our CBs are playing at a high level. 0 goals conceded!

What i have liked the most about Allegri...is that he gave free roles to Tevez and Giovinco. IM specially happy about Gio´s because unlike Tevez, he really had literally no hope of making it in the Conte way of using strikers.
Now he can decide what is best for him instead of being caged fighting against centerbacks and failing time after time.
