Serie A still isn't a great league, but to call it Mickey Mouse (especially this season when a lot of teams have strengthened and the gap has clearly closed) is a bit disingenuous.

A variety of factors, which have been discussed to death on here over the past 5 weeks, has seen us fall 10 points behind Inter early on. To pinpoint it all on Allegri or Marotta is just stupid.
Don't argue for it just assert these factors. I'd like to know what factors (which do not fall under the responsibility of the coach or the director) can turn an almost treble team to a terrible team.

Where to start?

Poor pre season, poor conditioning work from Allegri's staff, injuries, players missing easy chances, arrogance...not everything that Marotta/Allegri are personally responsible for.

And do you honestly believe (on paper) we are a "terrible team". I really don't think we are.

And I actually think the disgracefully planned pre-season is one of the biggest factors of our poor start. You don't dismantle half a team and then have them play 3/4 games with huge breaks in between some of them. Absolutely zero cohesiveness.

We are a terrible team by results. On paper we are just imbalanced but should have more than enough to mount a serious title challenge if Inter is firing on all cylinders.

Injuries is Allegri's department and so is pre-season management and squad arrogance and lack of focus (unless the players themselves arent good in which case it falls on marotta). If the resources are poor then thats on marrotta, if utilizing those resources is poor then thats allegri.

Key stat - 7 shots on target

Haven't watched the game yet but sounds like keeper dint have to make much saves.

Somehow weirdly on this forum, every half chance is passed on as a clear cut chance and players mostly taking blame for it.

We are not creating enough and this has been a problem since the start of the season.
We hit the crossbar twice though. The team lacks proper finisher above anything else.

But I really think we'll get out of this terrible run soon. Got a good feeling somehow. :xfinger:

Correct, once the injury crisis is over, the new lads are all used to the league and the system, it will get better.
And let's not forget that Inter will not keep winning, one or two bad results might make them collapse. It's not like they have been dominating, matches are won with 1-0 (4x) and 2-1 (one time) so if their luck changes (a late corner that goes in f.e.), they are also loosing points.

So with a proper finisher we would stop hitting the crossbar?
We need more composure infront of the goal. These young lads need to work on this aspect.

How can you blame a coach for this result when this match should have finished 5-0 before Frosinone's last corner but because some players can't finish to save their lives it's now Allegri's fault?

This team terribly reminds me of our 2001/02 squad, particularly the way we play, we tend to rush things, players are looking eager to prove themselves and at times it really would be wise to keep it simple (Pogba). Back then we pretty much had the same issues in the beginning, before bunch of newly arrived players adapted. Nedved was one of our worst players in the first half of the season. Had lost monumental player during the summer, Zidane, and it took us till December to find the right system and players to adopt new methods.

You rats do know your all gonna praise him when we lift the scudetto right? I cant understand how you can blame one individual, you could clearly see yesterday the team is inexperienced in these situations give it 4-5 matches more and we will be stomping through the league. 5 matches played and people speak like their mother died. Disgusting backstabbing rats

Yup, he definitely is. He'll prove it again this season. Tactically he's miles ahead of Conte. Not even up for debate.

Really? Another Conte V Allegri debate?
Unfortunately we don't have a decent moderating team to put an end to constant mocking of our players, coaches and everything Juve related, hence the fights around here. Try posting something like that in Conte's thread, where certain mod forbids almost any discussion that he finds disagreeable and trolling will get you thread banned. Pathetic.

Nothing wrong with criticizing them though and I'm furious as hell due to poor start of the season, some of our players really need good kick in the arse, but posts like "better than Conte , etc..." add little value to this place and only invoke more fights.
