With the current form, its highly unlikely. I don't think we'll get further than quarters.

I see so many similarities from Allegri's Milan when we won the league for the first time with Conte. There's a high probability Roma snatches it at the end.
yup I agree with this sentiment. As good as Barzagli is he's not going to be enough of a difference, not especially as he has been out this long with injury

I hope I'm wrong but I honestly don't think we could go far in CL until we fix the chronic problem of wasting chances. It's good to press the opponents but scoring is what's counted. Leading 1-0 with Bonbon at the back is like waiting for failure. It's bound to happen. Of course it's a complex problem that involves many factors like striker's inability to score, the team's overall weak mentality, the team's slowness in attack, etc. But we need to identify certain players to be benched to make way for the others waiting for their chance to play. Try something else to change.

No matter how bad Dortmund are this season I think it's still very possible we'll be knocked out. They're known for stepping up when it matters in CL while our team is pretty much the opposite. Allegri has a lot of problems to solve before the BVB game but it seems he's sticking to his ideas which don't really work lately.

I fancy Dortmund to go through as well, our attack and creativity is just laughable.

Dem dreams :touched:

Anyway i dont believe we'll sack him even if we finished 2nd.Seeing how we are too afraid to make drastic changes,we'll stick with him until his contract expires and then maybe look for a better coach in 2016.

I definitely dont see Allegri as a long term option not that we should anyway.

What I don't like about Allegri is that he's full of big talk. It seems he sees the things that are wrong in Italian football but then he behaves like a typical Italian being so conservative. I'm not happy with his choices sometimes and I think he could do better.
I'm not comparing him to Conte since to me it's not that obvious if Allegri has better squad as some here said. Allegri has definitely the older squad and less motivated but he has to find balance which we lack currently even in Serie A. He won't achieve that by adding Sneijder definitely but at least we're safe for now since Gala don't want to sell. Allegri should give more chances to Coman IMO, especially as AM since Pereyra and Vidal aren't that good there and we need them deeper (since Pirlo can't play so often). Morata should be given some string of games as starter since Llorente still looks lost.

I'd like to see at some point something like this in Serie A:
Tevez-Morata
Coman
Pogba - Marchisio - Vidal

Strong, fast and direct. I wonder how would that work.

This I'd like to see, hopefully sooner rather than later. With Pirlo in the team our CBs have been getting exposed on far too many occasions, as he simply cannot offer any kind of protection and truth to be said they've been putting in subpar performances. Needless to say that he's restricting Vidal's and Pogba's offensive movements, since at least one of them has to stay back to cover for him, limiting their offensive output.

Anything that involves coman morata and even giovinco and ill be okay. Those 3 are getting way too much bench time and are 3 trciky players who can run and run.

This static dispplays from us are mindblowing... If we cant score..at least use players who are eager to run at the opposition and at least keep them on their toes.

Never thought i'd say it but I want Giovinco to get some minutes. He's not exactly Messi but ffs our attack is fucking mid-table standard, relying on one guy to do everything and slowly plodding our way up the pitch doing fuck all when we get to the final 3rd.
