I think we got this one. Atletico didnt catch us once on the counter and they are a better counter attacking team than Dortmund. We should have no issues creating chances against a Dortmund side who are really shaky this season. Dare I say it, EuroMaxx got this.

They run more, they press more and they have faster players than Atletico. Atletico are better organised, stronger and tougher.

So, to sum up: I think that BVB can hurt us more on counters, but we can take advantage of their weaker defence and midfield if our midfield is playing by the potential it has. Atletico are tougher to score against and more complete team than BVB, but I fear BVB's faster counter atacking force.

Atletico is definitely better than Dortmund, no question about it.

I've supported and continue to support Allegri so far but I have to question his management of Morata and Llorente.

There's been far too many times this season where Llorente has been ineffectual and to his credit Allegri has been quick to replace Fernando when things haven't been going well, however the last few games he seems to be turning to Llorente for no clear reason. As soon as he came on against Sampdoria it was obvious he wasn't going to offer anything better and given that he had persisted with Llorente for 90 minutes in the past two matches and he came up with nothing then surely it was worth doing the same with Morata? Who has shown to be able to create more out of nothing and have a bit more tactical nous than Llorente.

The main thing I can't understand is that surely it is to Llorente's benefit to come out of the team for a few matches because it would take the pressure off him and give Morata a fair run, I'm sure a lot of the fans must be getting frustrated with Llorente (did I hear a few boos at the decision when he came on?) myself included. I liked him a lot last season as I was willing him to do well when he was struggling but this season I'm just getting fed up of the constant poor performances that I'm coming to expect and when we have someone with a bit of flair on the bench who hasn't really had a single bad game it annoys me that Llorente is unfairly taking his place.
