Manglement have completely botched this. Really embarrassing. Not a good look for the club at all.
Its terrible, embarrasing stuff, not worthy of what this club once was. Allegri's time was well past the expiration date here. However, if you fire someone under a contract, you have to pay. Simple as that. He's gonna win this and our managment will look like fools, again.

Jj fans don’t seem to understand this
With my short time here, appears they never do. Okay, not US sports but here Juve acts like a GUARANTEED contract isn't one. Like @DAiDEViL's man Sami K, Juve wanting him to leave and take less money than the contract stated. What veteran going to do that unless maybe younger unproven players looking down the road for bigger and better that have to get minutes.

I can blame Juve trying this move but doubt if it pays off. How low do they want to go belittling the guy? Anyway Max took time off before so believe he will do the same. Why rush into it when you have plenty of cash coming your way.

Have they?

He went absolutely off after the game, why is he above the rules? Verbally assaulted someone, destroyed equipment Etc.
On a personal level - I fucking love that Mad Max lost his shit. He went off in a cup final trying to defend the club against a shit referee and a butthurt FIGC. Max has been a bloody robot all season giving bullshit press conferences but for once I saw some life in him. This was refreshing to see. Ultimately he delivered a cup we probably had no right winning.

On a professional level - I understand he went off at his boss/director (Giuntoli), and in a corporate environment that gets you fired. But do you think this will hold up in court, especially an Italian court? The employee (Allegri) is going to claim reputational damage and cite his contract. The Company will argue just cause. It doesn't matter who is technically right - there is a dispute, which means the only winners in the long term are lawyers. That's the issue I have with this. Why is the club wasting time on this matter - any money saved might be blown on Mason fucking Greenwood.

I'm not defending the decision of sacking Allegri. He absolutely had to go after the shit performances. But it's clear that the company just don’t want to pay the rest of his contract and are coming up with excuses for his termination. And it isn't a good look at all.

Here are the five reasons related to the night of Juventus's Coppa Italia victory that led to Max Allegri's dismissal for just cause:

1. Inappropriate behavior towards referee Maresca and the fourth official, along with shouting "Where is Rocchi?" towards the stands.

2. Damaging the photographic equipment of the LaPresse agency upon returning to the locker room.

3. An altercation near the press room at the Olimpico with Guido Vaciago, the director of 'TuttoSport'.

4. A tense moment with stadium security, while Allegri claimed he only said, "Leave me alone."

5. An argument with Giuntoli on the bus back to the hotel, where Allegri accused the director of never defending him in the media.

At least, we can all agree that we had an idiotic coach and we have a idiotic management. We are miles behind the best. But what can we do, it is how it is.
we will never be real madrid.

Was reading this could all drag out in the courts for a year and a half so could it be possible we are going this route because even if we don't win we won't have to pay him out of this year's small budget and worst case scenario if he wins the payment can be made when we are in a better position financially?

If Allegri… no… WHEN Allegri wins, he can ask for more money in compensation or image damage, so when Juventus loses the case they could end up paying more than what is owned

Well... I do believe that Allegri should have keep the figth on court but, Im happy for the club and Allegri that hey reached an agreement that suits both sides...

I guess those now those who question Allegri's love for the club will have to... who am I kidding once an Allegri hater always an Allegri hater you will just find another excuse to hate on him...

Once again...you had to go, your cicle was over but thank you Allegri for staying when no one else would have stayed and for actually standing up for this club when no one did.
