I dont even think it's about personell, something clicked mentally in the team, magically.
After Macabi I think they sat down and had a long convo. Our lowest point without any doubt. But I saw the real team during our defeat to PSG. There was incredible energy and commitment from the players. I just hope Napoli chokes in the 2nd part of the season, with CL matches getting more of their attention.

Yep were clicking by playing guys in the proper position and having wack players unavailable. Simple really.

Playing Moise at CF rather than LW
Beans playing rather than Mckennie stinkin up the RW
Utilizing Kostic and understanding his game rather than forcing Vlaho play his nonexistent hold-up

"I am not an obsessive manager. I really like football, it's my passion, but I try to run things as simply as possible. To me, football is not complicated, it's simple. So is the strategy of the games, it shouldn't complicate things. Because there's two aspects: defence and attack. Attacking is more about creativity, and defending is more about organization. I believe I can give more to the players in the defensive aspect than in the offensive aspect. I can organize them to defend well, but the attacking aspect is about talent and creativity and I don't want to get in the way of that talent. Am I supposed to tell Kean how to move inside the box, train certain movements with him? No, he doesn't need that. The passes that Rabiot pulls out of nowhere: do you think I ever tell him "pass the ball like this, if this player moves here you do that? No, that's all him."
Once again

the biggest change was , not playing Mckennie and introduction of Fagioli , I mean fuck what a fucking amazing player , hopefully if he stays healthy should be worth 40 million transfer market by the end of the season , so I think he is the #1 reason , second as well change to 3-5-2 and locatelli getting his confidance back and it seems like Fagioli makes everyone play better around him , want it or not miretti increased the standard by bring in a lot of spirit and motivation and fighting spirit (together with Fagioli) and he is a great player who is young and will make mistakes, and now the return of Bremer , which makes our defence look much more stable ,and confident... after winning 6 games in a row ... not bad ,not bad... hopefully this winter we can get 1 RB ... at least.

Here we go again...
Yes here we go again. The pendulum swings the other way for once and all is forgiven and forgotten just like that by the same people who were calling for him to be sacked 2 weeks ago. Honestly the kneejerk, impulsive reactions here are something to behold. It does a good job of highlighting the biggest characteristic of his tenure here, which is his inconsistency.
