He's not the sole problem, changing him won't do much. The real issue here is the top management who got so many decisions wrong in the past years and right to this very day.
And their worst decision by far has been to rehire Allegri and the 2nd worst decision is not sacking him after the total failure of last year and then doubling down after he is failing even harder this year.

Sacking him is step one of fixing these problems/decisions.

bro his whole job is to improve players, make players coherent and play as a team and connect them , his job is to motivate them make them believe in them self push them...
just look at conte , that what he does to every place he goes , that what makes him great...
is what you say is true and that not his job , then we don't need a coach ... we can replace him with the janitor...
I was sarcastic... this is S4tch narrative..
Allegro is a Legend.. first stint was great.. failure in the second is not 80% on Allegro.. but only minor 20% something low like that..

He is just 95% of the problem. Yeah, he isn't the sole problem...

These frequent formation changes and lineup shuffles results in the players misplacing passes and without the knowledge that a teammate is where he is expected to be
