Yes but you also ensure that you will be constantly under pressure without any outlet on the wings
In order for wingers to function properly and freely as an "outlet" you need 2 solid mids without that a pressing team will molest us even worse than Chelsea. The issue is not our lack of outlet on the wings but proper stoppers with ability to handle the ball that can feed those wingers and create that outlet. Maybe Loca can find some range if there is a proper DM next to him and allow us to do what you say but the current mids don't have close to that quality to provide that for him.

"Work on them" on the field? No they need to be examined in the mayo clinic for handicaps,
then for a team of psychologists from Switzerland to work on their brain..
Shit...I run more than fagiot every sunday and I do it for free. Wtf training does he need for that?
Not too hopeful for 4th place and I say that this early.
Id sell some of these donkeys for half price and bring some hungry sturaro like runners, we'd save and be better off.

I should be used to it by now, but it gets more and more ludicrous and am genuinely amazed that some are truly going the lengths of defending that starting xi and those subs (forget tactics and motivation) and a 4-0 club record breaking loss (after a joint record breaking start to league season) in order to finally be right on a forum while pretending to be fan of the club they haven't supported in three years (it's been all about being right on a forum daily, 12 hrs a day).

Still attributing 0 fault to coach in a season like this, just solely blaming every other aspect of the club (ofc fine to blame mgmt decisions but how does the coach of the team - and only him - bear no responsibility, it's amazing), sometimes including shitting on history of the club (except for 1-0s after heralding Allegri as an attacking coach before start of the season for six months of 4231...except when we win by other scores). 4-0 being called an ok loss now, which is already wtaf by itself, but the same people are having forum wide melties while asking why others are complaining about a record breaking loss and shit season in this thread while having a meltdown about squad here too.

We've officially reached Q level.

Oh I also see that apparently we should have won the game in Turin 4-0 like they beat us 4-0 yesterday but were just really unlucky.

And if that's not bizarre and hilarious enough, they had 0 faith in the coach they hinged all their bets on before that game and said we were guaranteed to lose.

before tuchel nobody wanted him here! People were crying when sarri wanted him! Now he amazing agree!
Again, give good players a wq coach and he will soon look like a wq player!

put jorginho in our setup and he will look like shit!

seriously look at Chelsea team, its not world class! But their coach makes Them look like this! While ours make us look even worse!
Jorginho was doing fine already before. Mancini made him starter for Italy day 1. And that was start of 2018. The whole Italy called for him to start when Ventura picked his sissy boys instead.

But the team is literally awful. Its hard to blame the coach when your best players are average.

Correction: It is hard to blame the coach called Allegri especially when you have already invested copious amount of time to shield him from any blame for anything whatsoever. Any other coach: it's his fault.

Nah, after changing coaches three times and seeing no improvements it becomes pretty damn obvious that coaching hasn’t been our biggest problem.

I found a lot of mixed feeling here... I agree this is so embarrassing yesterday .... the good thing we already qualified ...

the truth ...this defeat is very good in timing for us... a wake up call for both Allegri to tinker more and the management to sign the right players...

for me its very positive defeat ...!

We won a scudetto with Bentancur playing regista. That's not to say that Sarri is the best coach on the earth but obviously some coaches can affect players positively and negatively. The coach is a big variable.

Of course, also. Lampard vs. Tuchel just last season.

And also when the Allegri lottery pulls out a 4-3-3, suddenly our players are good. If you put Chiesa with his back to the opponent's goal, to receive every ball with no speed, yes, he sucks. We have bad squad.

You mean to tell me McKennie is not Arjen Robben? He seems fine in a 4-3-3 but yes, if you want him to be Arjen Robben... squad sucks.

bentancur turned to shit for the last stage of the sarri season though. he probably enjoyed the starting role and the responsibility for a while, then got tired of playing 2 games per week. he's much better when playing only once per week.

honestly i don't understand why max wouldn't stick with a vanilla 4-3-3 for a few weeks.

Name the coach that could improve significantly this bunch.
