look at this squad and tell me how this is better than any squad in the league. Inter has the best defense, and Lazio probably the best midfield, followed by Inter. We're mediocre in all 3 lines bar perhaps our attack because of Chiesa, but we can't be overly reliant on him.

Let's be honest though he has inherited an absolute mess of a team both in terms of tactics, mentality and personnel. He badly needs to find a system for us to play and stick to it. The problem is that the squad is so unbalanced that there is no obvious solution.
4-2-3-1 seems the way to go to me with Danilo RB and Cuadrado RW, Dybala behind Morata and Chiesa on the left.

What was he thinking with that first team selection and tactic of going to the wings and crossing in the box? I really cant believe we didnt easily win this match, but when i saw the first 15 minutes I really did think we were definitely dropping points again..
I really do hope we get a proper midfielder and please stop playing Mckennie as AM..he should be our defensive midfielder with loca and thats it, use the 2 wingers we have and Dybala Morata upfront..simple 442 plays out wonderfully with the team we have at our disposal unless we get another cm with brains and vision then we can just use 2 mids instead of so many brainless ones

This week I am about to say the same - Not sure if Allegri or Pirlo.
This is all on him.
Wrong starting line-up, dreadful performance, no game plan whatsoever and unlike him his subs were inexplicably bad.
In yesterdays press conference he said - there is no excuse we have to win tomorrow. And he failed.
He needs to get his shit together asap, otherwise this time we will miss our of the CL for sure

That's for sure. Experimentation was supposed to be with expected first two wins. Lost to a team just promoted. I'm trusting Max but putting Berna in there quickly to do something and just thinking of putting in MDS let alone putting him in needing a goal concerns me. Only Rano and Fags left on bench but WTF, try it.
