Probably the closest he's ever been to returning, so close that you could swear there were even some leaked pics straight from inside the Juventus stadium with him and the owners playing a friendly charity match and chatting on the sidelines.

Allegri seems close to joining Juventus who are preparing a two-year contract for thw coach. [Gazzetta] #juvelive
Again with this bullshit (if true)

Talking about a technical project and more power to the coach then give him a short contract so we can have speculation every year again.

If you trust him to give him control no other coach had before you trust him with a 5 year contract like NBA teams do. He is either your guy or he isn't

I somehow not entirely sure about this move. Allegri is definitely a great coach but can our current team fit his vision? If we do get him back I really hope it will be a tweaked Allegri.

Any team fits Max's vision.
That's the point.
Provide a decent team and watch him do his magic.
The thing is:
Cagliari - Not an attacking minded team - he did well
Milan - I cant call their football attacking football as well
Juve - We were solid - especially between 2015-2017 but the closest we had to an attacking team was that of 2017.
The thing is we are built very differently compared to these years as our midfield was always a strong point for us while our attack was good but not anything special.
We have more attacking players now considered to then and I`d argue they are even better and this is before we get the CF we really need.

This is what I meant in terms of vision.
Anyway Allegri`s challenge with an attacking minded team is definitely preferred over another year with Pirlo.

I dont think Pirlo is hopeless but he has a long way to get to the proper level and he needs to really work on his motivating skills. You can just stay calm drink wine and expect the team to be motivated...

Nope. Those percentages are my biased opinion on the chances of the deal being done.

I just played the guessing game like king mombly does on a daily basis.

Saying that he has any shred of credibility after Pep to Juve and Pogba 5/5 being done two years ago would make me naive.
Alin explains it all...

@Dominic probably understood your point/example quite well from the start, i think he was also merely taking another dig at the fake guru’s in the sense that them guessing and sharing this type of percentages is what gets them to be referred as guru’s in the first place.

Only with this guy on the bench I would feel confident coming into the new season.

3rd new coach in 3 years would be a huge risk.

Our management used to change 10-11 players in one transfer window and this guy still delivered.

Bring him back pronto!
