He tried with back 3 after some time in the Napoli game and it almost backfired. Stop the 3-5-2. Never again. That is not a formation, its a shitty play. Read my sig Allegri. We have had nothing but success with the 4-2-3-1 so why change it? Nonesense...

We played 3-4-3 actually that first half. The only problem with it was starting Licht instead of Cuadrado. We could easily changed to both formations at will in moments notice if Cuadrado was on and Barzagli could fall to RB as he did 2nd half.

Also our main problem first half was our passing, inability to move it forward from back line. Subbing in someone who can transport the ball and stretch things was the game changer more then the formation itself at the time.

You cant first complain when he's sticking to 3-5-2 untill he had to change it, and now criticise him for trying out new and exciting formations, cause we can.

Why change it ? @JCK said it best : "because we can"

Report: Allegri says yes to Arsenal

The Sunday Express claims that Juventus Coach Max Allegri has reached a verbal agreement with Arsenal and targets Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.
According to tomorrow’s paper, the tactician has given the all-clear to become the Gunners boss in 2017-18.
However, he will only accept if Arsene Wenger steps down voluntarily.
It’s reported the agreement includes a list of players Allegri would like to sign next season, including Lazio midfielder Milinkovic-Savic.
Arsenal fans are increasingly irritated with Wenger and he certainly did not endear himself to them today by dropping Alexis Sanchez for a 3-1 defeat to Liverpool.
Allegri was again asked about his future in today’s Press conference and did adjust his usual position by not confirming he’d stay until his Juventus contract expires in June 2018.
“Right now, at this moment, we are focused on what happens this season and so to talk about what I’m going to do is of little interest to anyone,” said Allegri.
“The Juventus fans are interested in what the team does and what the team can win. Last year I met the President and told him I would stay, that when the moment comes I will talk to the club and we’ll decide.
“I have a contract to 2018, but now we have to focus on this very important period of the season, concentrating on Serie A, the Champions League and Coppa Italia without thinking of what will happen next year.
“Right now nobody is interested in what my future holds. The important thing is to be aware we can go all the way in all three competitions.”

Sunday Express in England has him going to Arse "if Wenger resigns". Taking Lazio's SMS with him.

Sunday papers in England are almost always trash, including the Express, but they are typically closer than the toilet paper like the Sunday Mirror, People etc. They have someone with some intelligence making up stories rather than a chimpanzee.

I think most consider that there is the best chance yet that Wenger won't be at Arsenal next season and the rest is putting pieces together. Allegri is the massive favourite with the UK bookies. SMS was linked to Arsenal in January, along with Juve, and they watched him at Genk. Out of all the managers at top clubs they probably think he is most available, especially with Italian coaches well en vogue.

When the bookies have odds of 5/4 or 2/1 for a new manager there is usually something in it. The last few big PL managers with overwhelming odds were Conte, Klopp and Mourinho, although they were all far easier scenarios to read, with two high profile free agents and Klopp long-linked and perfectly suited to Liverpool.

Serie A ist a one horse race, anyone could win it with Juve. If he wants to be recognized as a WC coach, he needs to prove himself in the biggest league out there, and as hard it is for me to say it, thats the EPL. No hard feelings towards him, thats just how it works

I'm calling it now, Allegri to Arsenal and Wenger to Juve.

Arsenal get relegated with Allegri.

Juve win treble with Wenger.

It has been a great honor for us to groom Allegri for his ultimate dream of coaching the great Arsenal FC. Winning Scudetti and contending for CL titles pales in comparison to finishing 4th in EPL and competing for FA cup titles.
