Allegri's strongest suit is his flexibility and that he's tactically not stubborn. I really hope we start believing in our attacking strengths and go with the 4-3-3. This is a do or die period for Allegri, either he sticks to the failing formations or revolutionize the starting 11 and try a new system one month before our UCL game.

The combination he uses for the midfield is important. I see Marchisio-Pjanic-Rincon as the ideal midfield trio. Marchisio and Rincon are both energetic and good with the ball and can support the somehow lazy Pjanic. Khedira is good with the ball but very slow and Sturaro is physically strong but lacks in technique.

Buffon

Alves (Licht) - Bonucci (Barzagli) - Rugani (Chiellini) - Alex Sandro (Asamoah)

Marchisio (Lemina) - Pjanic (Khedira)- Rincon (Sturaro)

Dybala (Cuadrado) - Higuain (Mandzukic) - Pjaca (Sandro/Dybala)
I said this after the Fiorentina defeat. It's not a 4-3-3 but a new system utilizing our attacking strengths nonetheless.
