Maybe, I am not sure anymore. Could of been temporary because of some injuries, but I do remember them playing Ribery and Robben wide and Lahm in midfield.
Pep played 352 quite a lot, and Robben was playing as a "RWB" some games when they used that formation (also saw Lahm DM, Alaba CB, Müller CM lol). Cant remember seeing Ribery in a 352, he was injured too much under pep

'As a coach you have two options. Either you don't play him, which is understandable. Or you don't say anything and he goes out there and plays'

A quote on Higuain from Allegri. Anyone know whats up?

After the second half today and the Samp match, we have shown to be much more lethal with Cuadrado on the field and four at the back.

Please bury 3-5-2 unless against trash Italian competition.

He mande a mistake playing Licht instead of Cuadrado, it was a baffling decision. Licht's mistake at the goal is expected for a fullback being played as a central back, and he was there because Allegri didnt want to burn 2 subs (Chiellini and Licht himself).

Max Allegri complimented Napoli for “playing very good football,” but insisted the Juventus victory was “not decisive” for the Scudetto race.

“It is an important result, but is still not a decisive one,” the Coach told Sky Sport Italia after a 2-1 success.

“This match was hard-fought, intense and quite balanced, as in the second half we ran a few risks with one-against-one situations. On the (Faouzi) Ghoulam error we took the lead.

“The game was a little bland in terms of tempo at first, but the intensity stepped up. There were few scoring opportunities, as is natural in these big top of the table matches.

“Jose Callejon always makes that movement round the back of the defenders and we should’ve see him coming, but were caught napping.

“Alex Sandro was like an extra full-back, so we basically played with four when out of possession. We lifted the tempo, Napoli lost intensity and we compliment Napoli for playing very good football. It was certainly a better performance from them than last season.”

Miralem Pjanic was substituted by Claudio Marchisio and the difference was immediately clear.

“Pjanic worked very hard when defending and I think he was a bit short on fuel, so he was fatigued and has been playing a lot lately.

“He had a good pass for Gonzalo Higuain in the first half, he has different characteristics to a classic midfielder, but can improve when he’s sharper and less tired.”

Naturally, Higuain scored the winning goal in his first meeting with former Napoli teammates. He refused to celebrate, but did Pipita let it all out in the locker room?

“Gonzalo has extraordinary qualities and above all works hard for the team. He was very happy, naturally this was a special game for him.

“He made a choice to come here and absolutely should not feel like a traitor. Instead, he made a courageous decision.”

I don't know. Cuadrado has been frustrating to watch, when he started games. I guess Allegri is letting everyone getting some games for fitness. The players are dropping like flies.
We have a great fixture list over the next month to finish out CL group stage.

Lyon (H-CL), Chievo (A), Pescara (H), Sevilla (A-CL), Genoa (A), Atalanta (H), Zagreb (H-CL), Torino (A)

Couldn't have asked for easier schedule to rotate while still getting results in the league, and really focus on topping the CL group.

scored two fluke goals from very poor defensive errors. Very bad performance but got the win anyway. Midfield is in dire need of reinforcement and team needs to have some form of a clear game plan. We wont get away with this poor level against proper European clubs.
