I find it interesting that he says the players should give more, but I question if the tactics and wat not could have some criticism too on his part.

The players should not be burdened with all this.
The way he talks, is like if just the players underperformed but the rest of the equation was fine. I do not agree with.

The pressure is about making the correct choices, having an agressive/ambitious mentality and playing well.
