The rumours are that he is offered 10 mill per year. Only a retard would reject that kind of money. Chelsea is a downgrade though and especially given their current place in the table and that they wont play in Europe next season.

Massimiliano Allegri will leave Juventus to become Chelsea's next permanent manager this summer, according to mentor and former coach Giovanni Galeone.

"If I were Allegri, I would even walk there -- and I think he will," Galeone told Radio Radio. "Allegri is certainly among the five best coaches in the world. I think he will leave Juve because the offer from Chelsea is truly fantastic.

Guus Hiddink is currently in his second interim spell in charge at Stamford Bridge following the departure of Jose Mourinho in December, as owner Roman Abramovich and his advisors whittle down a shortlist of preferred candidates to take over at the end of the season.

With the Russian's dream choice, Pep Guardiola, now confirmed to be heading to Manchester City at the end of his Bayern Munich contract, Allegri has emerged as a frontrunner for the Chelsea job after winning Serie A titles with AC Milan and Juventus during a six-year spell competing at the top of Italian football.

The point is Galeone looks like a Nipples fan and attention whore.

Mentor of Allegri: "I coached him 20 years ago, he has learnt a lot from me and my successes at SPAL and Pescara."

But damn, do the English media want to make a self-fulfilling prophecy or what?

Allegri considers Chiellini alternatives
By Football Italia staff

Juventus Coach Max Allegri considers a formation switch or replacement players as he faces Napoli without Giorgio Chiellini.

The central defender was injured against Frosinone last Sunday. While a report is expected today on his conditions, it seems highly unlikely that he'll recover in time for the decisive Saturday night clash against the Partenopei.

According to Calciomercato.it, Allegri is torn as he considers three main alternatives to make up for the absence of his iconic stopper.

Firstly, he may field Daniele Rugani. The former Empoli player is widely considered to be one of the most promising Italian defenders in years, but at 21 and with only six appearances in Serie A this season, he may be a little green to handle the likes of Gonzalo Higuain.

Otherwise Allegri could field Stephan Lichtsteiner,
who has featured consistently for the Bianconeri this season and is certainly not short in experience. The trouble of course is that the Swiss would be playing out of his natural position, as he normally plays as a full-back.

Finally, the tactician is believed to be considering a change in formation, fielding a four-man defence in which Leonardo Bonucci and Andrea Barzagli cover the two central roles.
hope it is gonna be a back-4

Its time to go 4-4-2
Buffon
Licht-Wall-BonBon-Sandro
Cuadrado- Casper-Pogba-Pereyra
Morata-Dybala

And before anybody says that 4-4-2 is and oldfashioned formation it depends on how you play it. When in possesion give Cuadrado, Dybala and Pereyra freedom to move around and find spaces. That formation would fucking rock.

But is Pereyra ready? He looked pretty rusty last weekend.
