Football Italia’s going home

If you’ve visited the Football Italia website lately you’ll have seen our announcement that the site is going to a new home, www.football-italia.net
The Football Italia website has been part of Channel4.com for 10 very successful years, starting when we had the rights to broadcast Italian football in the UK, and continuing long after the TV coverage had begun its peripatetic journey through several different UK broadcasters.
And now the company that has provided the content for us all that time, JDT Sports Productions, is taking over the running of the site and moving it to a new, dedicated website outside of Channel 4.
The site will remain the foremost English-language source of all news, rumours and match reports on Italian football. It will be made by the same journalistic team, to the same editorial standards, but it will now have the freedom to grow and develop in its own direction outside of the Channel 4 platform.
We wish the whole Football Italia family well and trust the site will go from strength to strength in its new home.

As far as I'm concerened our team is almost complete, just with the exception of a pair of decent fullbacks, if caceres can show that he can be a major part in the set up of our team then I really wouldn't mind paying €14m.
If you look at our team sheet we aren't far behind the best clubs in Europe anymore. This is our best chance to win the C.L providing the team clicks with fererra and our formation, plus one or two extra signings aren't gonna hurt, so caceres for me is a huge plus.
