“The sporting body of the Serie A League imposed a 30,000 Euros sanction on Juventus, along with associated warning, due to the racist chants occurred on Wednesday evening and addressed to Lazio’s player Diakité. This situation is really frustrating.”
At the end of the press conference held to present the project ‘Scuola Juventus’ [Juventus School], the managing Director Giuseppe Marotta dealt with another topic which has been dear to the club’s heart since many years: the fight against racism, under all forms and expressions. “Juventus are on the cutting edge to eradicate racism – continued Marotta – Along with UNESCO, we’re involved in the project ‘Un calcio al Razzismo’ and our Young Sector is a sort of multiethnic lab, consisting of players from all continents. We can discern the value and the technical qualities of all players, but not their skin colour. Therefore, we ask the media to help us in order to support our club in this fight, in addition to blame on these occurrences.”

Nice to see Marotta getting involved with this, its the burning irony of seeing his nationalistic Ital-Juve project baring fruits like that...
Lets see the depths of his hypocrisy, this summer, will he encourage this path, or try the "multiethnic lab" approach?

Hopefully the powers of influence within our club will move against nationalism and as a result we will stop encouraging nationalism over our interest...
