Why did you place Camoranesi there?
Camoranesi could have a free role on the right and ot have to concentrate so much on coming back to defend. He also likes to slide towards the center of the pitch and with Sagnol behind him he could easily do that. Don't think each attacker is confined to his position on the team sheet, obviously..

Actually Ballack adds a lot of options for the other players next to him, so his arrival is definitely a great thing.

But why Camoranesi is a forward?
Question is why not...why not give Camoranesi more freedom and let him roam a bit more around the pitch. By placing him as a forward he could easily act as a Duff or Robben for Chelsea, and personally I think we could get more out of him without tying him to a system..

Are we getting to excited about this? :p

Can Moggi really pull this off? I mean, that would kick ManU, Real and even Inter in the nuts wouldn't it? :D

Real have been kicked in the nuts twice (Emerson and Vieira), they got used to it. Maybe it is time to start doing the same to other teams.

Because his not very good (this poor-mans Ortega, who was himself a very poor-mans man Maradona); always trying a trick and losing the ball. Lets rid ourselves of this make-weight.

    Point taken.

The one thing that is for sure is that if we have offensive wings AND offensive wing defenders they tend to fight over the same space leaving one of them in agony.
Best example is when Chiellini went forward a complete game leaving Mutu with no balls to work with what so ever.

If the defenders go forward the wingers must get in the pitch and a) act as offensive midfielders or attackers. Will outnumber defenders in opposite team. Or b) wonder in the pitch letting our central midfielder join attack in a more offensive way.

Otherwise you’ll just have frustrated players without ball fighting over the same space.

Talking about wingers and attacking midfielders, why r u letting inter have the best of us with maxwell and marco marchionni??? they'r both young and have bright futures ahead of them.. I'd like to see marchionni as cover for camoranesi!! i mean,he's italian, been consistent (when not injured) for parma ever since he joined them, and most of all, he's a die hard juventus fan so why letting inter have him? btw,did i mention he's FREE!!!!!!!!! ??????

Holy Maccaroni, That transfer would be ideal. These formations posted by Mark and Andy can make any Mourinho with a shit load of Dolares tremble.

Espectro, why can't this formation be played? Emerson and Vieira are there, the two poles that Capello revolves his formation around are available, there is nothing different then the current but player roles. Works perfectly fine.
Jeeks, I didnt say it couldnt be played, in fact I love the formation I have chills just to think about it... but we all know that Capello loves his 4-4-2 formation, and I dont know if he will opt for this agresive formation.

    But maybe Im wrong.

The 4-4-2 that he's playing is not being like it looks on paper on the field, at least the last two matches where Nedved was given a free role.
