Do you remember when Allegri early last year said that he sees Morata as an SS ? I'm sure there are quotes if we can dig it up,i am not finding it atm.

In the Coppa game last yr,he tried Morata-Matri against Viola and it worked very well.Morata played as an SS in that game.

Not suggesting this would happen but i'm trying to gather ideas as to why the mgmt think this signing makes sense for them.
