Still that's a lot of substitutions especially if you consider bayerns injury crisis. They missed lahm alaba ribbery and robben for big parts of the seasons even thiago. So you have him being substituted a lot even though they had an injury crisis and was played out of his natural position. Plus the fact they did not defend him publicly. Guess it comes down to more facts than just not playing enough. I also guess media pushed for götze vs pep.

Great point, actually. With the key injuries Bayern had, Gotze should have been killing it on the field - starting and playing full 90s - but he didn't later in the season.

They just said Vidal is as good as done and quoted marotta. For götze they said he will stay and that any move is off cause götze denied it. Pretty much all we heard before... Sport 1 hardly have any exclusive infos anyway. Didn't see an Interview as they are now showing storage war lol
