Why not have both?. Coman will turn most likely into a helluva winger, and gotze into a helluva AM, if he isnt already.
Stay with both, aim for excellency. Theres no point in taking options from Allegri.

Bayern reportedly offered 20m for Coman (we rejected). What, HYPOTHETICALLY, if Marotta was in the position to take the 40m from Vidal and say, 20m from Coman. That 60m could probably be enough to seal the deals for BOTH Draxler and Goetze. Yes, of course it probably won't happen but would you think its worth it to lose Coman for these two German talents?

It took me longer to type this out than it did to come to a decision
I wonder if Marotta would consider this. I love Coman but Goetze was doing at Coman's age what might take Coman a few years to even get close to achieving.
You are turning a free signing into a 20 million euro bargaining chip to get two young players who are far more proven? One of them being a world cup finals hero? The marketing alone for a club such as ours would be astronomical.
