Who knows what Balotelli will turn out to be. I only rate Cassano over him right now because Cassano had the brains to quit fucking around, albeit in an old age, and became a good football player. Balotelli has the same problems Cassano had. Huge talent, moronic mind --> Plays the best years of his career in Sampdoria.
