I highly doubt it is. All that we can hope for now is for Juve to come back with a decent offer and cause the kid to reject PSG.
by overpaying transfer fee as well as wages ?Dont if know we're going to reach an agreement with them if we offered less.

I think if we can come in somewhere close, Verratti would prefer us and stall the transfer to PSG.

Anyways, I'm not holding my breath on this one. I think we've left the bidding game and he's off to Paris.

Goodluck Verratti.

So Pescara wanted 3M + co-won Troisi. And Marotta didn't want to pay, trying to find a youth player to replace Buoy.

To me it looks like it would be a good piece of business. We all are seeing how Marotta has money to work with. He was just stingy.

So yes, he messed it up for the first time in this mercato. This kid was in the Italian NT and is a great promising young player, with characteristics very rare nowadays - intelligence and creativity.
I keep hearing about this alleged deal involving Troisi, and it is only allegedly. We don't even own Troisi, for starters.

Marotta is definitely stingy, and yes, we could have moved earlier like on many deals. But I don't disagree with him for not moving on valuations. That's how you end up making clowns moves. It's not as if we are paupers, but we still have a sensible budget, shareholders and an influential parent company. I'd rather make no moves than clown moves.

Beppe will hi-jack the PSG move.
Co-own him from Pescara and loan to PSG then recall from loan in January and send on loan to Pescara's closest relegation rival.

First of all, none of those figures are reliable. They are all media speculation. To speak as if you know for sure that he offered so much is stupid.

The president of Pescara said this himself, babe. Do some research.

Second, by admitting that Raiola $#@!ed it, you also have to admit that Marotta didn't have a hand in it, and thus was not responsible for it.

This was not his fault, but the following was. The original deal was pretty good

Third, Troisi is not a Juve player. Not yet. How can he be used in the negotiations?

Read the reports, read the president of Pescara. They do this stuff in Italy.

Lastly, he was not a necessity. He wasn't even gonna play for us. You're being unreasonable by going so far in crucifying Marotta for this.

Where did I crucified someone? Fuck. I'm just criticising him.
Anyway, I guess Juve still has a chance in this. But now I dont know if it's worthy anymore, too expensive.

But your criticism is harsh. We didn't need him. Marotta and Pescara got into a negotiation, and they couldn't settle on a proper evaluation. Things didn't get better with Pescara trying to bank on him and increasing their evaluation of him. So chill the fuck out!

Read the post above. They actually threw Troisi in the mix.

Marotta had a fine deal, then Raiola messed it up. He tried to play hardball from then on, but went a little too far. And then PSG appeared.

Of course we don't know his budget for sure... but I mean, he paid almost 4M for Leali. Reports say they paid the same for Boakye. He's chasing 2 Brazilian youngsters and Gabbiadini and also El Kaddouri. I mean, he has some money to spend on this kids. Raising his offer 1/1.5M seems reasonable. But he didn't do it, counting on the player's will to play for Juve.

Anyway... it's not the end of the world. Just some business that didnt go through.

Can't a business deal be criticised? Go suck on Marotta's big fat cock then

It's unnecessary because he's not critical to our plans. It's not like we're trying to sign Aguero or Cavani, dude. Your level of criticism is fuckin' pointless and useless. So chill out!

I think we can hijack the deal if we wanted to. Offer 5 mil e for coownership and they would accept.

Because that would mean that he could stay with them foor another season and that they would probably get another 6-7 million for his other half.

ahahahaha you are insane.

I'm just saying it was a mistake by Marotta. His mercato has been excellent so far, but this time he messed it up. Anyway there's still some chance of signing him.

And if we don't, one point less to Marotta. But in the big picture he's been doing awesomely great last season and this one so far.

Totally agreed. The agent probably didnt close the deal yet to talk to Juve and see if it's possible.

I guess it's in Marotta's hands now. Don't know if this guy is worth it. Maybe Conte will be decisive on this.

No it isn't! What a load of bullshit.

Italian clubs are fucked due to terrible management. Not because other clubs are rich.
:agree:

Verratti, Lavezzi and co are joining PSG because they are a prestigious club with so many trophies, and they play in the attractive Ligue 1.

It has nothing to do with money.

Then I hope you deduct a point for every transfer deal Marrotta attempts. I'd be interested to know how many points will be left.
