But i like Caceres more, i feel more assured at the back when he played. at least he is running and can be rock in defense (remember the Juve-Inter match)
Caceres sucks, yeah he's 10 times more aggressive than Motta but he can fuck up the whole game with one of his stupid reactions.

Thank god we didn't sign this guy for for what? 10-12 millions just so that he'll screw us up every other game.....

Yep, too bad he was either too expensive, or that would he have filled one of the non EU spot when we wanted Krasic and Dzeko. Caceres wasn't super amazing or anything, but he did deliver some really good crosses and had a great shot in a few games not to mention his defensive qualities were a lot better than Motta's. His decision making was terrible though.

Still, in Marotta's head:

Italian + cheap > dirty foreigner + more expensive

I guess you get what you pay for sometimes.
If we buy him or loan Caceres again and make the deal even before Caceres's loan contract expired.. I think he would be count as our transfer (add in) in 1 non-EU quota.. He already fill our non-EU quota transfer in 2009/2010.. But again, i agree Caceres's option price is too expensive.. so there is no need for further discussion

Apart from the clueless nature in defense, I find it irritating when in possession, he kicks the ball long without any real thought. It's good that he's on loan.

Cassani would be a very welcome player to have here.

I thought he did an excellent job containing Samuel, really showed some balls, and took the foul when required.

may just have won a starting shirt again.

Again, who exactly does he think he's passing it to when he blasts the ball to the other end of the pitch? Or that cross near the end of the match? Intelligence is low.

I feel sorry for him though, he has no confidence out there.
I agree. I think Motta does have talent, especially offensively. He needs to be able to make some mistakes without getting hanged for it, he can grow. I wish he was a leftback though, Krasic' game limits Motta's usefulness.

Well, he can't base his career on the help of Pepe/Marchisio :p
