Why is Rafinha unrealistic?
You are well aware that we are a team that hasn't qualified to the Europa League yet? You do know that there are other teams also wanting to reinforce and they play in the Champions League? You are well aware as well that we are not the attractive team anymore?

And what about your suggestion yesterday? To make a truce until the end of the transfer campaign? Or did that mean that I get off your back and let you whine and moan in peace until then?

His price was high and they talked about his move to some other German club. I highly doubt we could sign the guy.

Motta is good. He can cover that position very well. Saying he's a bench players means nothing. Giovinco is our bench player and? We say we aren't giving him a chance there, how can you know it's not the same thing with Motta, especially under the guidance of Ranieri who prefers defense play.

He's fast and his crosses are amazing. His defending is not so good but he's not that bad people make him out to be. Grygera only plays in defense without any attacking abilities and he still sucks there, Motta is better. It's not saying much be he would be a very good investment IMO.

I just hope we use someone like Lanzafame, instead of Marrone. I liked Marrone in almost every appearance he's made, even if only friendlies. He's young but tall and strong, he doesn't get bullied around in midfield. I wouldn't give him away now.

As for Motta, I don't really know, I've only seen him a couple of times, but since Dusan is positive about a young Italian player, he must be pretty good. :p

Nah, I don't hate Italian players, far from that actually. I just try to be realistic and avoid the Juve tradition of picking every other Italian that media hails, or who plays for the NT. There are players who would be worth a shot, but even more that should be avoided.

I know, I didn't mean to say that you just hate Italian players for the sake of it, but you're, rightfully so, very negative about the talent Italy have produced over the last years, so it's good to hear you're positive about Motta.

I've been following him for a while now. Many people don't want him here, he is not really rated around these parts but I'm sticking to my opinion about him.

I know I loved how he played for Italy while he was still at Atalanta and I know said I'd like to see him here. He played very good and like a good team player he showed class. I was kinda sad when he joined Roma, but seeing this link makes me happy. I think he is a good player as he can offer a lot. I'd prefer him over Caceres any day of the week.

Rafinha is far from proven, and Rafinha himself said that he is staying at Schalke so he is not an option...
