Borriello refuses Juve loan move

Milan striker Marco Borriello has turned down the opportunity to join Juventus on loan, saying that he'll only leave San Siro in a permanent transfer.

The 28-year-old striker was offered to the Turin giants last night amid speculation that Robinho's prospective arrival at Milan meant he had to leave.

Juventus had apparently agreed a loan with the option to sign Borriello outright next summer for €13m.

However, Borriello has told Sky Italia that he has rejected the move.

“I am not leaving Milan on loan,” he said. “If I have to leave, I only want to do so permanently.”

It remains to be seen whether that scuppers Milan's plans to sign Robinho from Manchester City.

It's so sad that we're trying to sign players like Di Natale and Borriello and the only thing saving us is that they say no

I really don't think borriello has anything over IQ. Wouldake more sense to keep IQ, save up and bring Dzeko this summer.
