Completely agreed. But this season, everything is different. The video quality is better than ever. The postgame show is way better than before. And they are covering twice as many Serie A games thus far. About the only thing the same are the crappy announcers.

Losing the Serie A domestic terrestrial rights to MediaSet was the best thing that has happened to RAI Int'l customers in years.

I forgot to renew my satellite subscription yesterday & went home anticipating some good games Palermo - Inter, AC - Siena & Real - Celta not to mention 3 to 4 English Premier League matches. Imagine my dissapointment when I saw the signal scrambled alert
Paid the US$ 67 and things are back to normal.

the video quality of the roma-udinese game on rai today was pretty bad. you can't tell who a player is from the normal camera view

That's funny. I thought of you when I saw that match. The other matches were in much better quality yesterday, but the Roma-Udinese match looked like a throwback to the days of the RAI webcam.
