Blasi is better than Brighi! Brighi has had more chances but he is sufficiently improving, that's why we got rid of him, he is still good but we needed to sacrifice one of them.
Blasi is our Gattuso, he is also star material. I love the new Juve, All we need is a youthful defense, and we would be complete with the regeneration! Talk about quick huh!?

Blasi is much better than Brighi in real live.

But the question is he better than Tacchi to start for Juve?

Last year we allowed Appiah to start for Davids. He F***** Juve when Davids was gone.

IMO Emo played pretty badly against Ajax... Blasi impressed me though, but I still prefer Tacchi to start...

Getting a quality defensive midfielder (i.e, Emerson) this summer was vital and I think could be the key to our success this season.

Our defence was poor last season but I think that was just as much to do with Tacchi and Appiah as it was Legro and the others in defence. Tacchi showed last season he isn't good enough, when Juve was losing against the big teams he resorted to rash tackles and constant fouling - he had no answer.

I thought Appiah was extremely poor as well, but I suppose he should be given another chance given his age.

Having said all that, I think Tacchi could still be alright for Juve, as long as he is there to backup Emerson then he will do ok. It's when Emerson might not be there and Tacchi has to shoulder the responsibility that I worry about!

tacchinardi is a good bench option for the team. blasi and emerson is a good combo in this type of formation and under these tactics. Appiah needs to be the first to come on though, he has the goods, just needs his chances.

blasi is a very reckless tackler and goes in two footed on every player like he's gonna break their legs.

granted,he's a hard worker and provides decent cover for the defence, but he has to be a little softer imo.

I personally like Blasi's aggression. If he can learn to control it a bit better he could become a very good defensive midfielder.

Totally agree with you all, Blasi is much better than Brighi. Why? Well blasi is more hardworking and a better marker than Brighi that is for sure.

Against the match with Inter, well it is true Brighi was trying too hard making through passes to the front, but I can see an edge which is very promising... He is able to read the game well, but too bad, not in controlling it. Yet this a good attribute to start with imo, but indeed he is far from perfect.
