In what world?

McKennie is barely even a midfielder, and if, then not a holding mid whatsoever.

And Douglas Luiz is a goner. Talent wise prolly above Loca, but lazy and generally seems to not wanna be here.
Agree.

In regards to McKennie I think there's definitely an argument to be made.

Other than last seasons penalty i can't remember a significant Locatelli moment for Juve in the 4 years he has been here but I can think of so many for McKennie.

McKennie is good at making runs, popping up in the penalty area, but as holding mid in front of the defense? Absolutely fucking not.

Mckennie can't really do what Locatelli brings to the table, as it stands Locatelli and Thuram were proving to be a solid partnership especially after Motta left, I'm expecting Loca to have a good season and we'd be stupid to part ways with him now, especially this late in the window where finding a replacement for low cost seems almost impossible.

If anything Mckennie is the one that needs to go this summer since he's not willing to renew on the terms offered and he has a year left on his contract. If 25 mill came for him I'd be less hesitant.

why exactly is he indispensable?
He was horrible vs Real, horrible vs City, horrible vs Dortmund.
he is just not good enough vs decent opposition.
we have a trillion of options to replace him, in our squad already. And new players in this position can be found in abundance as free agents.
Unlike AMFs like Loop who are very expensive
Apart for being Italian, what exactly Locatelli brings to the table?

I see many guys followed the @Lion strategy and missed all the games. Loca is indispensable in this team. Unless there's a world class replacement like Tonali, there's no way we're letting him go. Certainly not this late in the window. And never say never but I doubt he's the man to jump ship either.

There is still hope.

Following the first rejection by #Juventus, #AlAhli is considering to raise the offer for Manuel #Locatelli. @OggiSportNotiz2

You don’t need to watch games to know he’s bad. Look at how much interest he has from other big clubs? Zero

Selling Loca now would be stupid, doesnt even matter how much they would get for him because theyd need to immediately reinvest it into the position. They have too many other needs.
He's also one of our few fundamental players.

Zero sense selling him. If a whopping great offer comes in it would make sense to sell but even then it would probabaly come at the expense of missing Champions League next year.
