He's too slow to play regista. I've seen it times and times again, he needs too many touches and looks up too many times before he passes the ball. One of the reason our transitions from defense to offense are as shit as they are, is because this guy don't know how to play ball.

But either you want defensive solidity or you don't. Fagioli surely doesn't offer anything like it.
