Perfect time to iron out a contract for a starter that gets injured all the time, figure out the extension of a player we can't sell, and sell a CB we need but won't replace.

Hallelujah.

PSG didn't wait that much before they signed Donnarumma.
Now that we’re bringing up random facts merda didn’t wait that much to sign Calhanoglu either.

It is not a random fact, mate. You said we are waiting on Loca because he's Italian international. Donna is the same case yet he is already in Paris for how much?

I didn’t say we have to wait. I said waiting doesn’t make any difference because he’s in vacation anyway. Also Donnarumma was a free agent so PSG didn’t need to negotiate with a club.

Huge difference.
Juve are broke and not financed by an endless supply of cash like PSG. Besides, like @Ronn said, they didn’t have to negotiate with Milan. In fact, every team that tried to negotiate with Milan while Donnarumma was on contract, failed to reached an agreement.
If Locatelli had an expiring contract with Sassuolo, he’s already be a Juve player by now.
