Buffon has some slight injury problems, we will compete in 3 competitions and might become unavailable for a number of critical games.
And dont forget that he will have to guard NTs posts instead of resting as he should, so that he might start the season a little later!

Handanovic is to good to be a 2nd choice, and Im sure he is content with being 1st choice for a UEFA Cup side.
Manninger is out of contract, so we might as well save money and get him. We shouldn't be spending any money on a backup goalie. There are enough free transfer's available who are better than Belardi.
