Most of the game modes take 20 minutes, as in the deadline you have to win the game. Thats for Sabotage (64 players mode), Aquisition (128 mode) and smallest one call Suppression (this one is like training mode, ends quicker based on how many killed, not 20 mins at all, quite quicker). But the big and huge ass mode, Dominition, 256 players mode (insane battlefield), it takes a full 30 minutes til it ends. But ALL of them can end in minutes if you dominate them as an attacking team, if the opposition is too easy, can do it on 2 minutes, happend quite abit for us (if you work together in numbers, you accomplish alot).

But if you are defending and dominating, you have to wait out the clock til the end, hold your defenses, base and objectives, even if you barely need to defend it and is duck hunting the opposition who is supposed to invade you hehe. Ask Andy, its bit ridicolous at times, if you are facing noobs, you go all to their spawn or spot they advance from, and kill them all game long, without giving them even an inch.

Ohhh woord....damn, sucks that's it's only for PS3

Yeah lots of PC shooter players on MAG, for those who dont adapt to the simple controller (not ones comfort zone, but easy to adapt to), they use some kind of wireless mouse and go at it. For example this guy testing this mouse for MAG, pretty bland video considering he is in the bunker turret (easy kills), but ze mouse seems to have pretty good reaction:

It's funny though, the WASD/Mouse system is the best format. I guarantee it's at least 40% more effective to get all nerdy on ya.

They defo made a mistake not making it a joint pc-ps3 release with both palying each other.

Undoubtedly the PC 'version' ,even though planetside had 400 players at once, will be and the bare minimum as good.

Yeah know, thats what everyone says, that PC set up is better and more accurate, prolly right, but dont care since I dont play PC games for anything but RTS games (and when I have for other genres, just awkward). I love my controller and have for 15-16 years

Well this is a Sony exclusive game, they didnt bought the rights for it, but they been developing it for 4-5 years and planning it for PS3 solely to boost their console, stretch the capabalities of it with unique game. Its the same guys who did the Socom series (brilliant tactical shooting games), so was easy enough for them.


Yeah I keep hearing about Planetside, thats actually where most PC gamers come from, vets from that game. I played with several of them (they playing with controllers ), and yeah pretty used to this they are. But this is console, not PC, hence different kind of capabilities (you can modd for anything in PC).

Yo Toro, have noticed in your profile you are a sniper (and as a new sniper, guessing you been teamkilled alot ), havent played with you yet to share tips, but for sniper, this is the best way to play as a sniper ( be on the move alot and quick fire), hehe:

If you stand or lay down too often, you'll have guys like me hunting you for sport and kill you easily (Have 700 kills on snipers alone, lol).

That looks good. The biggest problem with MAG was its unrealisticness. It's really annoying when someone is popping you from 60 yards with a pistol.
