He completely lost the plot by the end part of the season, thanks to mediocre others we stayed in the CL hunt until near the end but expectedly didn't reach it. The results are one thing, performances are neither here or there because that's pressure and defeatist mentality, but you simply cannot comprehend the shit that comes out of his mouth after every negative result. Shit, even the positive ones. I'm not an advocate of constant change but this one thing, his complete loser mentality and lack of recognition as to how big a club he is managing, ensure that I hope he leaves as soon as possible. He sounds like something in his brain has crossed wires, I fully expect to see him doing an interview saying 'our hard work is paying off' and 'we played against a strong opponent' and then his head will explode and we'll see sparks and wires.
