Marotta and DN made a contract with our club that they will be given at least 2 years, to try and prove their worth in the highest level.
Thats why they are both confident that things will go better in the future for them. Of course they dont realize that their incompetence cannot be tolerated by foreign fans,
why would they, if the Italian fans are ok with Italian mediocrity and the clueless owners only intend to milk Juve's name with minimum investments and as long as possible
and then probably sell the team off when its going to be completely worthless.
Marotta and DN do know better than us what was asked from there, of course they didnt expected for us to go that bad, but it seems that it doesnt really change their plans much, as they never aimed to create a competitive team, but smth like Samp/Palermo/Napoli-like. Stop living in an illusion that they did.
Now, if the board feels that the fans are sleeping from their grasp, they will convert them into scapegoats and pay them for the agreed price, a strategy they have used so many times in the past years and the Juve fans swallow it eagerly...
This is how the situation stands.
Now, is it our interest to change a mediocre coach for another mediocre coach, just to waste one more year, so that our owners milk Juve's jersey some more?
I practically dont care anymore, as it doesnt make any difference, just wasting time...
As the situation stands, we are not going to bring in a competent coach, because he wont be permitted to build a competitive team.
Everything that happens in the coaching front, only happens to keep the majority of fans delusional.
The past 5-7 years have proven that we dont intend to upgrade this team to the Milan clubs level. So i only hope for the option that expose Agnelli the most and force them to sell our club to someone who cares and is capable to offer to this once great club, what it really needs...
