I have an idea.....

lets give Marotta a set of car-keys, and let him take Del Neri for a little "drive"

hopefully, neither would make it back....I dont know how Marotta didnt see that brick wall :p

Whenever I read what this man has to say all I can see are excuses, excuses and more excuses. Its Calciopoli, injuries, the referees, suspensions bla bla bla. The worst excuses were probably when he said that we're unlucky cuz we play teams that are in good form or that we haven't gotten to the Coppa Italia final in the last few years anyway so who cares?
This was sick!

Ironically Delneri himself said that it is important to win Coppa Italia yet he said it didn't matter when we were out of it !

Pretty bad signal right there.
Hiring him in the first place was a bad signal. When Marotta got the job, instead of bringing Pazzini or Cassano he brought his uncle Del Neri with him.

Neutrol, at what point would you sack DN?
Sacking is not the problem, but the problem is, does the board have alternative plan? Are they thinking for another manager? Preparing, or making meetings secretly, or they think everything is so great, and Del Neri will win the scudetto?

If we will fire Del Neri, and bring another average one, then I prefer keeping Del Neri until a good one is available. No more last minute plans..

Even Mourinho, Ferguson, and Lippi together can't help Indonesia win the Asian cup :p

As for Mr. Cannelloni Zaccheroni winning the Asian Cup, well, every dog has it s day, and even the most impotent and incapable coach can get lucky over the course of a few games. Japan are an exciting team with an abundance of talent, so he really didn't have all that to do.
we are talking about a former scudetto winning coach here btw. As much as i disliked him as coach at Juve, credit has to be given when its due.
