havn't any of you learnt? Del Neri is by no means the problem, we've seen it now under Ranieri, then Ferrara, then Zaccheroni, now you can blame tactics for all you like, but ranieri has once again given his former employers a footballing lesson, whilst DN last season lead a largely unfancied samp to a CL spot, whilst zaccheroni seems to be doing well for Japan, so before people on this forum start calling for DN's head, have a good hard think.
Could it just be that Ranieri is a better manager than Del Neri, which was always known, yet people were satisfied with the latter's hiring? Very much so.

We can suck on our thumbs all we want and hope some magical toothfairy lays a footballing brain under the pillows of certain managers and players, or we can act like adults and call it as it is. We are never going to get anywhere with a limited manager like Del Neri who had a fluke year in a mediocre Serie A. He should have never been hired in the first place after a season like last year, and now it appears we never really recovered from the previous season. That's poor stuff, considering the supposed quality signings we've been blessed with.

It's true that the whole atmosphere and mentality around the club is a joke, loser mentality, it reminds me of old Inter minus the multi millions spent. The problem we have is that as a club and as fans - to a degree - we have such high traditions and expectations, everytime there is a bad spell it's the world's greatest saga and everything is bad, everyone is shit and everyone should be sacked. Unless we appoint a money coach like Mourinho, which is unrealistic but I would immensely admire him if he had the balls to take this job on, then we aren't going to have any quick fix.
This has nothing to do about the fans. It has everything to do with the quality of managers and other personnel we hire, which you absolutely never admit. Out expectations have nothing to do with how the side performs on the pitch. And yes, we suck on the pitch, with the same problems of previous years still screwing us over.

4-1 against Bayern Monaco > morale destroyed under Ferrera
1-4 against Fullham > morale destroyed under Zac after quite a promising start
1-4 against Parma + out of EL + losing Quag > morale destroyed under Delneri after a very promising start.

a 4-1 scoreline can break our season or not?

Sod the morale, they should act like men and get their head out of the asses. For too many seasons we've been suffering. Our squad looks poor but they can do much better neri needs to do more shouting in the dressing room than on the pitch. Thats a sign of a good manager who knows everythings in control, because at the end of the day, each player will know who they have to answer to.

Out of EL cheaply

Disgraced out of the Coppa

Our season is definitely over - the players will not recover from the damage to their morale

I am sure we will not make top 4, 100% sure

We will not finish anything higher than 6th

Hiring a 60 year old coach who hasn't won or done anything.. I say like Udinese's coach said about himself yesterday, he's a niche coach and nothing for big teams.

The thing is though that we won't fire him even if it gets worse. He's Marotta's guy and Marotta's stake is on the line. If Marotta fired him before the season is over he would end up looking bad himself.

Not a winners mentalilty, no old school stile!

A badly managed team always reverts to bad long balls. A bad bunch of players playing organised long balls play like Stoke.

We still have nothing, without aqua pulling strings or dp/quagmire/krasic magic 'we' have the square root of fuck all. By all means by big target men as long as 'we' have wingers who can cross and a box to box midfielder to support. We have noovement upfront there no penetrating threat so the ball returns back quickly. Then puts pressure on the defence. A re-occurring nightmare.

Just like watching England. The last two games have been truly dire as has the defending all season.

We need a clear but fluid system. The dn 442 is a pile of old rocks.

I dont know if it is DN. Its like watching the same Juve for the past 3-4 years all but under different management. Infact nothing really has changed.

Yeah i had a good think about it, he is not ment to be a Juve coach, if you make even worser subs then Zach,Ferarra and Raineri.
It's a coach his job to play players at their positions isnt it? It's the coach his job to field your best players isn't it? It's the coach job to tell them to pressure them when they have the ball and not wait to let them create an attack simply because we lack the players to do that. Now go on and continue your one man solo how about it's not his tactics.
yeah lets sack del neri, hire someone else who will do just as badly if not worse, ffs guys Del Neri's tactics/system/selections are playing a very small part to our downfall. It is incredible to believe that people were rejoicing the sacking of ranieri and the appointment of Ferrara, only to then be just as glad to see the back of him, so 4 managers on since our return in Serie A, and we're still quick to blame the managers, funny how some here are calling for spalletti, what is so different about him that will surely turn this club around? and please dont tell me it is because he won the league in russia, i dont care if we hired mourinho, capello, Lippi, fergusson etc... tomorrow, you can't polish shit, and the root of our problems go beyond tactical systems and choices in personnel.

We could start with a coach who has a winning mentality and a sporting director who doesn't procure garbage!

I hope we sell the club to some rich Sheikh. Clearly the new Agnelli fruitcakes don't give a toss about this team; unibrow bitch is too busy taking care of other shit to even care!
