I don't understand why he does these demeaning, cheap things, like last night at the end of the game he was shaking hands with every MC player,
they looked bafflled, like wtf is wrong with this guy.

Lol they probably looked baffled because the players Man City have now know nothing of integrity and sportsmanship, Tevez, Adebayor, Toure etc only care about money

its interesting to see that mancini looks 10 years older in england then when he was here ... perhaps the english people are not ass-ugly but only influenced by this visual phenomenon... perhaps they even looked like average people outside of england :p

Tactics spot on today.

The midfield were well disciplined, gave no space, we looked organised and most importantly were up for the battle.

We seem to be gradually turning things around, but time will tell as I have said this in the past only to be disappointed.

Del Neri proud of defence
Sunday 3 October, 2010
Gigi Del Neri is above all proud of the massive improvements in the Juventus defence after holding out Inter.
“We had our chances to score, so did Inter, so I think the draw was the right result,” he said of the 0-0 at San Siro.

“We contained the attack forces of both Manchester City and Inter, so that’s a definite boost for our confidence.

“Before the back four was constantly under siege, but against the big clubs we have shown that our concentration has improved and can hold out.”

Claudio Marchisio was a surprise pick as a wide midfielder rather than Simone Pepe.

“We didn’t want Maicon to attack and indeed he was limited throughout, which was a key tactical issue,” continued Del Neri.

“There have been some important improvements, we now believe in what we’re doing and the team has matured. We know that we have important players and the squad is always focused.

“I need everyone to concentrate on the game, remember they are at Juventus and everyone can earn their place.”

Fabio Quagliarella was chosen to partner Vincenzo Iaquinta, leaving Alessandro Del Piero on the bench.

“Quagliarella was a logical choice, as Amauri was not well, while Iaquinta and Del Piero played the whole Manchester City game.

“It was really for his pace, as I thought the way he can turn and shoot at will would cause problems for the Inter defence.

“We could also have played with Jorge Martinez instead of Quagliarella, but I like that he defends as well as trying to make the most of his half-chances.

“I wanted to see this character from the team. Clearly the results are giving us more positive energy too.”

There were fears of a brawl considering the tension and accusations flying across the headlines in the build-up to this match, but it was a clean game.

“Tonight was great proof that we can play football fairly, with the right level of sporting aggression and put the past behind us.”
