Robinho, Benzema, Rafael, Vucinic...any one of them would be amazing. I am telling you Nick, Diego is not that special. He's good but there are many players better than him.
agree with u!! but the problem that we will lose a lot if we sell him for 15 as rumored and we have to put maybe another 10 if we get someone like Benzema and that's like the same price we bought him last year.. we are losing easy money with this transfer i think.

Sometimes you have to lose in order to win.

Cassano would be nice but isn't there any kind on tension between him and ale? The last thing we need is a bad ass causing us problems.
No.Cassano does not have any issues with any players in the Juventus team right now.The only incident i remember is of Chielleni, and that was back at Euro 2008,but it all cooled off after that.Del Piero is probably one of the players Cassano looks up to,and you can see that from the way they interact with each other during matches.

And coming to the Cassano to Juve question.I don't think it'll happen, despite Del Neri being fond of him.The best chance we had of getting Cassano was back in 2005-06 under Capello IMO.I don't see it happening now.

Any idea what kind of player we'll be looking for after diegos departure? Turning to the defense?

Exactly. Del Neri and Marotta are both a ticking time bomb, a disaster waiting to happen. A transfer director who is obsessed with Italian players, even if most of them are currently giant turds with zero skill, and a coach who lacks flexibility and guts (if he really wanted to, he could veto the sales of both Diego and Trez).

Depending on how this Mercato pans out in the coming 5-6 days, I might not watch Juventus for the next 2-3 seasons, until we get a coach who wants to and knows how to win, and a Board with solid ideas who actually give a fuck about bringing this team back to where it belongs. In the past we had guys like Zidane, Nedved, Ibra, and now we have has been turds like Di Natale rejecting us! A sign of the times indeed!

I'm sick and tired of watching us huff, puff, and heave, all to no avail, as Inter keep clobbering us, and the likes of Palermo and Napoli overtake us!

I'd like a Striker.Don't see that happening though.

Great idea it was to get a coach that is so inflexible that he can't accomodate his best player and so must sell him.
I think it was an even greater idea to have people complain about things to come when the league hasn't even kicked off.Nothing beats that :agree:
