I'll gladly take a lose to those teams in order to be higher up on the table. Consistency against smaller teams is what wins the league.

Milan don't have good players in all positions, we're short of just good fullbacks and a top striker, from the starting lineup.

I would reckon two strikers and a LW are also needed

I don't agree with LW but of course we need more than the starting players, we couldn't sign a whole team in one season, some of the cheap gambles we made add nothing and didn't work out.

Well yes those draws were frustrating as we could have won all those games, how many chances we wasted in those games, Krasic probably missed a 1v1 chance in most of them, but in the end the we weren't outplayed by any of those teams except for palermo.

i did not say that we were outplayed
but also a good team( who can fight for something) needs to finish the chances it gets..... and the last games we haven't created anything...why do we still play these long balls? that is fucking annoying..... it seemed we could only score after a freekick or a corner kick...we totally are pathic in the defence... and there is noone who can fucking pass a ball around!
and that has also something to do with del neri's tactics....of course we would be better without injuries but not having a chance against rom and samp is just awful.
srsly this team needs a big wonder to finish 4th... the next 4 (udinese/parlermo/cagliari/inter) games will tell us where we will end... we could be 2 or 3 or easily 8th...

No because we have Pepe and Marchisio does fine there, Martinez can play there, De Ceglie, Traoré is crap but actually better there, Krasic can play on that side.

It goes back to that argument about having an 'Elia style' offensive winger on that side. Personally I don't see how we could get away with that as the side would be more balanced and unpredictable offensively but also unbalanced from a offensive-defensive perspective. We'd play better, but we'd also get killed. It could work with a strong left back though.

marchisio is a cm and he shows it everytime he plays lw...he adds little to nothing as a leftwinger other than defending...
pepe is a rw and i am not a big fan of his..he is a good squad player because he can play everywhere and he is decent but nothing more...he hardly beats a man 1 on 1 and creates much.... ah and he is defending...
