And Harry's favorite man upfront can't play in the current system. So yes, Spurs desperately need a damn good target man if they want to challenge for the top places in the EPL and CL.

(and google translate)

Gazzetta:

Juve has reached an agreement with Fabiano. So now they only need to convince Seville to let him go. (and he's willing to lower his wage from 3.2 to 2.5m p.a.)

Juve is offering 2m for a loan but Seville wants to sell him at 10m.
Speculation is they might agree at a fee of around 8m

please correct me if there is anything wrong with the translate

I'd much rather use that 8m in acquiring a rb, coz in the summer we're going to be shuffling th forward pack again and god forbid, Fabiano dosnt perform, he's going to sell for half the current value. Not being biased here but Forlan just seems better suited to our style of play. I don't think Fabiano is much better than Amauri. Benzema would've been an improvement. this deal is just short term compromise, as part of the vicious cycle that continues.

I've seen him play better for Brazil than he does for Sevilla. Forlans definitely more consistent for my money and more aware as a striker comparatively. It might get us to the Cl but we're not going to have anymore money to spend on too many more strikers once there. Which is why I'd much rather splash the cash that we don't have now and forget about the front line for a few seasons rather than fix that spot every six months.

Fabiano says 'yes' to Juventus

I hope I am wrong, but I feel he is no different than Amauri or Iaquinta plus he is 30 yrs.... why I sign a 30 yrs old striker when the average of the team is 25
we need a young striker not an old one

if the deal goes through, hope you all the best Fabiano

"Manca poco, spero andrà tutto per il meglio"

On Twitter.

"Not much left now, I hope it all goes well"
Surely its about us.

Amauri out Fab in, we have a pretty god damn good striker now and a good one next year, most likely as a starter. He will earn less than Amauri and is better, there is nothing wrong at all if this goes through.

Not surely about Juve. Maybe he really wants a return to Brazil.

Btw, did you find his twitter? I searched for, but I couldn’t find the official one.
