I can see him being part of the first team this season tbh.
Doesn't that sound odd, I still can't get my head around seeing players like mbangula, Savona and Rouhi. I know we promoted some last season but at the end we just loaned most of them out and kept a few as fringe. However seeing Motta starting Mbangula and Savona is not only a breath of fresh air but feels unreal.

I can't say I'm surprised tbh, it was one of the reasons why I wanted Motta in the first place and why I think he fits well with us. I really am pinning my hopes on Adzic being a surprise this season, he was highly sought after by Bologna before we signed him and someone that Motta really likes apparently. Exciting times ahead, honestly thank fuck Allegri has gone, he killed the confidence of players like Nonge, he really had no idea how to nurture talent.

the concept that a young player needs to learn by observing has always made me so mad. Same with the whole experience argument. All just a crutch coaches use to hide their own fear.

Agreed, I've been lucky enough to work with and nurture with some really exciting players (not football) in my time, some of whom have gone on to play at national league standards, one even representing England at youth level, I can't even tell you how much Allegri pissed me off with how he treated some of our young players.

There's nothing more criminal than to throw on some kid whilst chasing the game, hoping for a miracle. They just want to play, so let them, and let them make mistakes, but you got to provide the confidence and frame work to let them flourish (that is usually where the experience or facilitators as I call them come in) Allegri was just clueless and downright reckless, the Nonge example vs crapoli last season really made me angry at the time and equally so today

I don't know this kid, but I knew him in his previous life when he was known as Robert Acquafresca. I have very high expectations.
Obviously, he should take all the penalties for Juve.

History, at least for now, has proven Alen right and by quite some distance.
I was wrong about fuckin' Giovinco. He was really killing it in youth categories and I expected him to do better as a senior.
And I'm rating Yildiz from day 1.

But the others yes. Pathetic talentless hacks.

Giovinco made that dudes career completely lol, in Azzurrini Bobby Freshwater looked like mini Vieri because Giovinco dribbled everyone then made perfect assists to him lol so Serie A teams thought he could do something in the league. Nope.

Hope for this kid he can find a magical midget like that to latch on to. Maybe Conceicao lol
