Ah wait, I think it's Vietnam. There's a pic with Roman alphabet and some wierd language. They're like one of the few "tiger" nations in SE Asia there that don't use their own script.

Plus it doesn't look like Malaysia or Indonesia...

yeah , it isn't Indonesia or Malaysia . look carefully it's a Vietnam and Cambodia umm . . a little likes North Korea . a normal activity on communist countries .
