Time to completely give up on this turd. Yes he’s turned up mid-season having barely played in the first half of that season in a new country that gives some thought to tactics. But he stands in the wrong places, lacks confidence, can’t control the ball, isn’t decisive, can’t pass the ball accurately, can’t jump and is average aerially for a defender.

Essentially can’t do anything effectively at this level other than run fairly quickly and use his body physically now and then.

He’s not even serviceable as a 5th choice centre back.
